Sheriff's Deputies ID man seriously injured after motorcycle crash

nullSheriff's Deputies have released the name of a man who was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash earlier Monday evening.

Police say Dale L. Almekinder, 45, of Kendall, was traveling westbound on route 531 near Manitou Road when he lost control and hit the median.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Almekinder does have serious injuries and is in guarded condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
