Two Waterloo men have been arrested on burglary charges.

State Police say 28-year-old Timothy White and 19-year-old Loyd Barnes broke into their neighbor’s apartment and stole property. Barnes is additionally charged with reckless endangerment for discharging an arrow from a compound bow while in the apartment. Police say the arrow damaged the wall.

Both men were arraigned and remanded to Seneca County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
