A man accused of murdering a hotel worker in Henrietta in 2004 has been indicted by a grand jury.
Michael Baccari was just arrested earlier this month in connection with the murder. He is accused of shooting and killing 33-year-old Paul Pelletier, while he was working as a night auditor for the Comfort Suites Hotel on Hylan Drive in Henrietta.
The 56-year-old is charged with murder. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail. He will next appear in court for arraignment later this week. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
