City Council to vote on Sibley Building

The Sibley Building in downtown Rochester could soon have a new owner.
 
City Council members are expected to vote on a deal that would transfer ownership of the Sibley Building to a Boston development firm.

Some council members have raised concerns over the proposal involving Winn Development saying it's overly complex.

The vote will be Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
