Lt. Governor in Rochester to cut ribbon at new apartments

A new apartment complex is opening in Rochester and Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy will be at the ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning.

He will join city leaders as they open the voter's block apartments and café on West Main Street near the Susan B. Anthony Memorial.

It will overlook some of Rochester's most historic landmarks and include 120 apartments and 12 commercial establishments.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is at 11 a.m.
