Fringe Festival: Day 3

Thursday night’s Bandaloop performance brought 6,000 people to Manhattan Square Park and more people are expected throughout the weekend at the First Niagara Fringe Festival.

The entertainment is underway on Day 3 of the Fringe Fest.
