Canandaigua woman arrested for DWI Leandra's Law

nullA Canandaigua woman is under arrest after Sheriff's Deputies say she was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs with a three-year-old child in the car.

Sheriff's Deputies say 45-year-old Diana Huizinga was stopped on State Route 247 in the town of Gorham due to a flat tire. Deputies assisted Huizinga and found that she was driving while under the influence with a three-year-old in the car.

Huizinga was charged with felony DWI Leandra's Law and DWAI. She was also charged for possession of cocaine and was ticketed for her traffic infractions. She will return to Gorham Town Court at a later date.
