Rochester Hispanic Business Association holds annual luncheon

The Rochester Hispanic Business Association held its annual luncheon Tuesday.

The group named Sergio Esteban of Labella Associates as its “Person of the Year”.  Esteban is the chief executive officer of the engineering and architecture firm. He has helped lead a number of high profile projects in our area including the redevelopment of Midtown, the Port of Rochester and High Falls.

The Vice President for Ibedrola, the company which now owns RG&E served as the guest speaker.
