The deadlocked Livingston County Republican primary for district attorney could be settled on Wednesday in Rochester Supreme Court.

The race between Eric Schiener and Steve Sessler is currently tied with each candidate receiving 1,879 votes. However, there are still four ballots in dispute, and the Wednesday hearing before New York State Supreme Court Justice John Ark may reveal the fate of those ballots, and who will represent the Republicans in the election.

News10NBC will be following this hearing, and will have updates when more information becomes available.
