It doesn't get any more frustrating that this. You're at home, having dinner or watching TV and the phone rings. It's a not a human being on the other line. It's a political campaign robo-call.

This time of year, they're just like the foliage. All over the place. And like the leaves that fall on your lawn, there's not much you can do to stop them. Robo-calls are protected political free speech.

In other words, they're exempt from the Do Not Call registry.

But now there is an organization to help stop the calls. It's a website where people can sign up that contacts your local politicians asking them not to robo-call you.

I-Team 10 is working on a story on the website, but first we need to talk to people who have been robo-called.

Are you one of them? If so, email us at news10@whec.com or call the I-Team at 232-1010.
