An Ogden man is in trouble with the law again, after police say he violated his probation.

Mark Daily is a convicted Level 3 sex offender. He pleaded guilty last year to sexually abusing three girls who were 12, 13, and 14-years-old at the time.

Officials say one of the terms of Daily's probation was to stay away from events and places where children are known to gather, and to stay away from the victims. According to court documents, he went to a high school football game this month where one of the victims was in attendance.

Thursday night, for the first time, we heard from the girl's parents. They are outraged.

"I hope by the next court date, justice is served and he gets the time he deserves,” the victim's mother said. “He does not belong walking the streets of our community."

Daily was sent to jail without bail and is expected back in court on October 11th.
