Judge: Tom Golisano overpaid property taxes

Paychex founder Tom Golisano has won his case against Ontario County and will get a refund on property taxes.
Ontario County Court Judge Frederick Reed ruled Friday that a house Golisano owned was over assessed. Initially, the house in Victor was valued at $3.5 million. It was reassessed to $2.3 million last year. It was sold for $1.3 million.
Golisano will get a $150,000 refund for taxes paid on the property over the past four years.
