Deputies: Seneca Co. man found passed out behind the wheel of running car

A 41-year-old Seneca County man is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies say he was passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle.

Colin McDonald of Interlaken is charged with felony DWI.

Sheriff’s Deputies say McDonald was intoxicated and unconscious when he was found behind the wheel of a running car in the parking lot of an Ovid business.

McDonald arraigned and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is due back in court on October 2.
