Another big Supreme Court term starts today

A Texas affirmative action case that could further limit or even end the use of racial preferences in college admissions will be the first big case argued during the new Supreme Court term, which begins today.
    
Experts say this term could be as significant as the last one, with gay marriage and voting rights up for possible consideration.
