Olympic gold medalist Meghan Musnicki to visit Golisano Children’s Hospital

Meghan Musnicki, who won an Olympic gold medal on the U.S. women’s eight rowing team, will visit children Wednesday at Golisano Children’s Hospital at 601 Elmwood Ave. in Rochester.

A 2005 Ithaca College graduate who grew up in Naples, Musnicki plans to become a nurse practitioner after her rowing career.

In addition to winning an Olympic gold, Musnicki won gold and set a world record at the 2012 Samsung World Rowing Cup II and won a gold at the 2011 World Rowing Championships.
