Man accused of killing his girlfriend at the College at Brockport indicted by a grand jury

News10NBC has learned that a Monroe County Grand Jury has voted to indict a man accused of killing his girlfriend at the College at Brockport.

The Monroe County District Attorney's Office tells News10NBC an indictment has been voted on against Clayton Whittemore.

Until the indictment is filed in court, News10NBC won't know what charges Whittemore has been indicted on. He is accused of killing Alexandra Kogut inside her dorm room last Saturday morning.
