Meeting about two-way street plan

Have you ever found yourself driving the wrong way down a one-way street in Rochester?

On Thursday, we can expect to learn the final recommendation on a plan to change some busy one-way streets to two-way streets. If approved, Saint Paul Street and North Clinton Avenue would have two-way traffic.

The construction could be complete by 2014 around the same time a new intermodal bus and train station would open on Central Avenue.

Thursday’s public meeting is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at the Central Library of Rochester on South Avenue.
