Man arrested after fight inside the OTB on Hudson Avenue

Two men fighting each other over a bet – that’s what Rochester Police say happened inside the OTB on Hudson Avenue Thursday night.

The victim is 64 years old and from Rochester. News10NBC is told he was stabbed twice and is in serious condition.

The man who was arrested is 60 years old.
