Cheese Masters opens at Eastview Mall

Cheese Masters -- a quick-service restaurant specializing in create-your-own grilled cheese and melt sandwiches – has opened their first location in Eastview Mall.

The free-standing kiosk serves gourmet signature sandwiches, soups and macaroni cheese.

Founder Steven O'Brien of Rochester founded Cheese Masters in August 2011. He plans to use Rochester as a test market.
