It's a unique job fair aimed at pairing deaf and hard of hearing students with the job of their dreams.

NTID hosted its annual job fair on Wednesday.

Dozens of employers including Microsoft, Google and the CIA were on campus looking for students to fill open jobs.

Some of the companies, like Dow Chemical, even sent NTID alumni to represent them.

Dow Chemical's Greg Pollock said,  "I miss RIT. I love it here and I am so thrilled to have an opportunity to come back and see all my old friends and be able to share my story, and say this how I got to this point and try and help people make the same journey."

NTID had about 300 students and 40 employers attend the job fair.

Last year, school officials said 49 students were hired as a result of the job fair.
