Walkway dedication to be held Thursday morning

The first of eight new walkways is set to be dedicated at 10:30 Thursday morning near the Rochester Public Market.

The new walking routes are being funded by a grant from the state Department of Health.

It’s all part of the Rochester Walks initiative that aims to help local residents become more active and start walking more.
