Deputies: Williamson man charged in Wayne County crash

Deputies say a Williamson man is facing charges stemming from a July accident in the Town of Ontario.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says they arrested 19-year-old Ryan M. Datthyn, of Williamson, on driving while ability impaired, unsafe speed, and assault. Deputies say Datthyn was drunk when he crashed his car and caused injury to a passenger. Officials say that accident occurred in July.

Datthyn was issued appearance tickets at the Town of Ontario Court and will return at a later date to answer his charges.
