27th Congressional District debate held on Tuesday night

New York Congresswoman Kathy Hochul and her Republican challenger Chris Collins met on Tuesday night for a televised debate.
    
The debate took place on Tuesday evening in Buffalo.

The newly redrawn 27th Congressional District covers the suburbs and rural areas between the two western New York cities. Hochul won a special election just over a year ago.
    
A panel of three reporters questioned the candidates.
