The Children's Apparel Network is voluntary recalling about 6,200 fleece hoodie and t-shirt sets due to lead paint concerns. The sets were sold exclusively at Target stores.
The clothes manufacturer says they are recalling three varieties of fleece hoodie and t-shirt sets. The recall includes a red fleece hoodie featuring “Snow White,” a grey fleece hoodie with “Mickey Mouse," and a blue fleece with a character from the children's film, “Cars.”
The primary concern for the recall is the levels of lead paint in the zippers may exceed standards. The sets were sold between October 2011 and December 2011. But so far there have been no reported injuries.
The sets can be returned to any Target for a full refund. More information on the sets can be found here.
