Truck crashes into store on South Clinton Avenue

A truck crashed into a t-shirt store Thursday afternoon.

It happened at a t-shirt store on S. Clinton Avenue near Goodman Street.

According to a store worker, the driver of the truck came from a parking lot. The driver told him that his accelerator got stuck and he plowed into a building. The driver was not seriously hurt and was taken to the hospital just as a precaution.

The man who was working says he was sitting on the sidewalk in front of the store and that's when he got a phone call and went inside the store. He was not hurt.
