Ontario County man charged with rape

nullA Phelps man is facing charges of rape.

26-year-old Daniel Fulkrod is charged with third-degree rape. Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say Fulkrod had sex with a female acquaintance without her consent.

Fulkrod was arraigned in the Hopewell Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail.
