The man accused of beating another man to death at a Henrietta hotel will be in court on Monday.
News10NBC will be tracking what happens as jury selection gets underway in the trial of Preston Carter.
Deputies say Carter beat 40-year-old Joel Greenberg, of Rochester, to death and left his body at the Extended Stay in Henrietta. The murder happened in 2008, however deputies did not make an arrest in the case until last November.
Carter pleaded not guilty, and is being held in Monroe County Jail on no bail.
