Ontario Co. woman accused of violating social host law

nullAn Ontario County woman is under arrest after Sheriff's Deputies say she hosted an underage drinking party at her home.

Deputies say 39-year-old Jessica Evans is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and violating the social host law.

According to investigators, about 30 teens, ranging from 14 to 18 years old, were at her home on Saturday, October 13th. They say many of the kids drank alcoholic beverages while in her presence.

Evans was ordered to appear in Gorham Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
