Two men charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, unlawful imprisonment

Two men are facing charges after police say they provided alcohol and marijuana at an under-aged party.

State Police arrested 22-year-old Dylan Kratz on charges of unlawful imprisonment and unlawfully dealing with a child. In August, 21-year-old Joshua Conversi of Honeoye was arrested on the same charges.

Investigators say Conversi and Kratz provided alcohol and marijuana at a party and after the party, the two took a 16-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl to Conversi’s apartment where they spent the night. State Police say it is illegal to take a child less than 16 years old without the parent or guardian’s permission.

Both are due in Naples Town Court at a later date.
