Leandra's LawA Genesee County mother, accused of driving drunk twice with her five-year-old daughter in the car, will avoid jail time for at least one of her arrests.

According to The Batavian, 40-year-old Angela Kruse of Pavilion  has agreed to one year of substance abuse rehabilitation and four 4 years of probation.

She was first arrested over the summer in the parking lot of Tops in Le Roy. The plea deal is for that case.

Kruse is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
