Verizon Wireless hiring 200 at Henrietta call center

Verizon Wireless is planning to hire 200 full-time customer care and technical support representatives at its Henrietta call center in 2013.

The company says these new position will offer competitive salaries and benefits including health, dental and vision coverage that begin on the first day of employment, a 401(k) program with a six-percent company match of the employee’s contribution, annual bonus program, profit sharing, merit increases, tuition assistance, adoption assistance, an on-site health and wellness facility, and much more.

The call center currently employs 1,100 and employs more than 1,400 people in the Rochester area.

Verizon Wireless is looking for individuals with previous customer service or technical support experience.
