Erie Harbor celebrates its grand opening

A new luxury living complex held its grand opening Thursday. A ribbon cutting was held for the new $31 million riverfront complex. The project is part of the city's efforts to revitalize the Mount Hope Avenue area.

Members from the community also got a chance to take a look inside Erie Harbor's apartments and townhomes. The facility also features a fitness center and stainless steel appliances.

Prices range from $1,100 to 2,200 a month.
