Rochester men plead guilty in credit card scheme

Two Rochester men have pleaded guilty in what the U.S. Attorney's office is calling a credit card scheme.
The office says David Pierleoni and Victor Ortiz plead guilty to two charges: conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
According to the office, the two obtained credit card information, then used it to buy liquor and food at Rochester businesses, knowing they were not authorized to do so. The office says those businesses lost more than $20,000 because of that.
Both men will be sentenced in January.
