Irondequoit chiropractor pleads guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide

The Irondequoit chiropractor, charged in connection with a crash that killed a Greece couple plead guilty Monday.
Dr. Stephen Divito pleaded guilty to eight charges including aggravated vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, leaving the scene of a person injury incident resulting in a fatality and common law DWI. Dr. Divito was drunk and speeding last November when he hit a car on Lake Ontario State Parkway in Parma. Jim and Pat DePinto were killed in the crash.
Divito is out of jail and still practicing as a chiropractor. He will return to court on January 15 for sentencing, where he faces up to 15 years in state prison.
