YWCA asks only essential personnel to report to work

nullThe YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County are asking that only essential personnel -- including emergency housing, front desk and security staff -- report to work on Tuesday.

The YWCA says this is because Monroe County is still in a state of emergency.
