New York Governor Andrew Cuomo surveyed storm damage in Lower Manhattan.

Governor Andrew Cuomo went to see some of New York City's worst damage with his own eyes. Cuomo and other officials viewed a commuter train station with massive flooding on the tracks.

The group also toured the tunnel connecting lower Manhattan with Brooklyn. That tunnel also has major flooding and remains closed.

Before leaving the area, Governor Cuomo paid a visit to the 911 Memorial at the World Trade Center. That site also suffered from heavy flooding.
