Rochester Police ID man killed by train on North Goodman Street

Rochester Police have released the name of a man who was struck and killed by a train on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say 23-year-old Seth Bachman and a friend were walking along the train tracks in the CSX rail yard on North Goodman Street looking at the trains. Police say as the train approached, Bachman was still standing on tracking and was struck and killed by the train.

Police say the incident is being ruled an accident.
