Red Cross opens four shelters to help residents without power

The Red Cross has opened four shelters in Wayne and Monroe County in response to power outages throughout the region.

Wayne County

St. John Episcopal Church
54 West Main Street
Sodus

Second Baptist Church
3689 Main Street
Walworth

Lighthouse Community Fellowship Church
3483 New York 89 in South Butler
Monroe County

Webster Recreation Center
1350 Chiyoda Drive in Webster

In addition, the Red Cross is collaborating with the fire departments of Williamson, Wolcott, Ontario, and Savannah to distribute water and other supplies to homes without power.
