3,300 customers still without power in Monroe County

Approximately 3,300 customers in Monroe County are still without power Thursday morning.

RG&E and NYSEG tell News10NBC they have more than 2,100 company and contract personnel working to restore power. Crews estimate that power will be restored to the majority of customers in the Rochester area by midnight Friday.
