Court date for Canandaigua man accused of videotaping teen adjourned

nullThe pretrial conference for a 39-year-old man accused of videotaping a 15-year-old female getting out of the shower in her home has been adjourned until November 28.

Scott Allen of Canandaigua was charged on Sunday with second-degree unlawful surveillance.

Court documents say Allen installed a digital camera in the bathroom of an apartment at the Garden Apartments on Bristol Street in Canandaigua.
