Police arrest Rochester man in Saxton Street murder

A 31-year-old Rochester man has been charged with murder and assault in connection with the shooting of two brothers.

Robert and Devon Vinson of Rochester were shot on Saxton Street on the evening of May 29, 2012.

At the time, Rochester Police told News10NBC the brothers may have been involved in a dice game on Smith Street when a fight broke out and the two brothers walked away. Investigators believe the brothers were followed and then shot on Saxton Street.

Robert was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.
