The man accused of fatally harming a three-month-old puppy has been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on charges of aggravated cruelty to animals.
In August, Brockport Police say 22-year-old Keshawn John-Charles slammed his three-month-old pit bull puppy against a wall then tried to drown it in a bathtub.
Investigators say it all started after the dog defecated on a blanket and that a witness intervened to stop the attack.
Sadly, the dog suffered injuries so severe that it had to be euthanized.
