Troopers: Waterloo man had sexual contact with child

A Waterloo man has been arrested after troopers say he had inappropriate contact with a child.

State Police say that 49-year-old Ronald T. Spoor has been charged with criminal sexual act in the first degree. Investigators say Spoor had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

Spoor was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to Seneca County Jail.
