Voters in Manchester-Shortsville reject capital improvement project

Voters in Manchester-Shortsville School District rejected a plan Tuesday that called for more than $3.5 million in improvements to the main building and bus garage.

Other items that were included in the capital improvement project were replacing light poles and reconstructing sidewalks.
