Deputies: Man was drunk when he flipped his car

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a Spencerport man has been arrested after he flipped his car multiple times.

Deputies say 36-year-old Brian S. Poole was driving westbound on Erie Station Road in Henrietta when he lost control and his vehicle flipped several times.

Poole's vehicle came to a rest near a home on Westcombe Park. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and then treated and released.

Poole was then arraigned at the Henrietta Town Court for driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Monroe County Jail.
