Rose Chase's case waived to Grand Jury

The woman accused of killing her husband by pushing him down a flight of stairs was supposed to be in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing but her case has been waived to a Grand Jury.
Rose Chase of Stanley is charged with second-degree murder for the death of Adam Chase last June which is when he went missing.
Last week, police found remains outside Rose's mother's house in Yates County
The couple's four year old son, Tristan is with the Department of Social Services.
