Waterloo man arrested on child porn charges

A 49-year-old Waterloo man is facing additional charges after an investigation into reported child sex abuse.

Ronald Spoor is charged with felony possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child.

Troopers say they searched Spoor’s home on December 18 and evidence seized led to his arrest.

At the time of Spoor’s arrest, troopers say he was out on bail on recent charges of sexually abusing a child under the age of 11.
