Emergency crews were called to SwiftLift on Phillips Road in Victor Wednesday morning after a man became pinned by forklift.
The incident happened just after 9:15am Wednesday.
Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies say Jeremy Bittner, who is employed by Admar Supply in Brighton, was returning a forklift to SwiftLift. Sheriff's Deputies say he was unsecuring it and because the flat bed was a little wet, the forklift started to move, pinning him between the forklift and the receiving deck.
Bittner suffered a severe lower leg injury and was taken to Strong Hospital. Sheriff's Deputies say he was alert and talking to paramedics.
OSHA has been notified of the incident.
