City moves forward with Midtown redevelopment project

Rochester Mayor Tom Richards says the city is moving forward with the redevelopment project at Midtown.  

It says work on the garage will begin in February. It's expected to take a year to complete.

The city says it will advertise for bids this Monday to complete Phase 3 of the project which includes construction of new streets, sidewalks, open spaces and other items to support private reconstruction.
