Rochester man pleads guilty to possessing child porn

The U.S. Attorney's Office says a Rochester man has pleaded guilty to possession of child porn.

33-year-old Douglas Tatner II faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The attorney's office says a witness reported seeing child porn images, showing children between the ages of three to 12 years old on Tatner's computer.

After that report, the FBL Cyber Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at Tatner's former residence on Glide Street last January.

Tatner is scheduled to be sentenced on May 6.
